Attic insulation replacement and rodent proofing: the torn old batts out, the entry openings sealed, and fresh cellulose blown across the attic floor.
Why these services go together
Rodent proofing and new insulation work best on the same visit. The old, torn batts come out, the ways in are sealed with galvanized steel mesh, putty and concrete, and then the fresh cellulose goes in, so rodents can’t move into the new layer. One inspection, one written quote.
